Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 2025 These terms apply to all bookable services provided by AquaLux Pool & Spa Ltd (“AquaLux”, “we”, “us”) including spa valets, maintenance, repairs, relocations, installations, and similar services. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Full terms are available at www.aqualuxpoolandspa.co.uk/policies . 1. Booking & Deposit A deposit of £50 (or as specified) is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed, except where AquaLux cancels the appointment. The remaining balance is payable on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customers may cancel or reschedule by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits will be retained. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur up to 100% of the service fee. For online or telephone bookings, a 14-day statutory cooling-off period applies, provided work has not yet begun. 3. Access & Preparation Customers must provide safe and reasonable access, a working water supply, and electrical connection. Spas or pools must be full and at operating temperature where applicable. If access or preparation is inadequate, AquaLux may treat the visit as a chargeable call-out. 4. Liability AquaLux will perform all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, improper installation, customer negligence, or indirect loss. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights under UK law. 5. AquaLux Cancellation If AquaLux cancels a booking due to factors beyond its control (e.g., weather, illness, or equipment failure), customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. 6. Complaints Any complaints must be reported within 7 days of service completion to info@aqualuxpoolandspa.co.uk . 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
